Standard Delivery: Order usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only). Please allow us additional 4-5 business days for shipment process due to busy holiday season.

For shipping addresses in California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Alaska, and military addresses, please allow 10-15 days.

Shipping Cost is non-refundable if package is returned due to wrong address, non-deliverable address, refused-package.

• Return Policy

With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return the item to qualify for the refund.

1. Return must be made within 30 days of your purchase date
2. Attach a copy of our enclosed packing list
3. Make sure all tags and packaging are intact
4. Item must be unworn and unlaundered
5. Due to health code regulations, underwear must be unopened and unworn
6. Due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items MUST be in a protective box, otherwise a 20% restocking will be charged.
7. Shipping costs are not refundable
8. You are responsible for return shipping fees
9. For exchange, no additional charge except for the shipping cost to you

Important Notes:
1. No refund will be given if tags are removed.
2. Due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items MUST be in a protective box, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs are not refundable.
3. If package returned underivable as addressed, refund will be issued less all applicable fees including restocking, cancellation, shippings and other applicable fees.
4. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees including restocking, cancellation, shipping and other applicable fees.
5. If you received free shipping on your original order and returning partial or entire order, the shipping refund (calculated based on Shipping Rates, no more than $12.95) will be deducted from your order refund.

Please allow us 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return. We will refund the item upon meeting the above returning conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

• Order Cancellation Policy

Any orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. If you cancel your order BEFORE the end of the day your order was placed, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
2. if you cancel your order AFTER the day your order was placed, please follow our return policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
